Round Rock’s City Hall Policy Center was designed to be the new focal point in an emerging portion of downtown. Over many months, the design team held stakeholder participation exercises with members of the community and city staff to ensure that the concerns and ideas of all parties were heard. In addition to council chambers, the project was designed to accommodate the new mayor’s office, council offices, meeting rooms, communications equipment, and public spaces. Architecture + Plus was the architect of record for this project.
