Located in an emerging portion of the Texas Lutheran University campus, Centennial Hall is just the beginning of future residence halls necessary for the rapidly growing institution. Unlike traditional university housing, the residence hall is a living/learning type of student housing, where places to learn and collaborate are offered, providing an easy transition for freshman to adjust to life away from home.

Various classrooms within the hall allow residents to receive additional lectures or tutoring, improving student success. When residents are not studying, the hall features a recreation area for relaxation and socializing, enhancing the residential community. The hall is just the first of many innovative residences to come in this area of the campus.
