As a top provider of healthcare education in the Austin area, ACC’s Health Sciences programs strive to combine high quality instruction with clinical experience in both hospital and community settings. Highland’s Continuing Education Health Sciences Center provides essential classroom and skills lab spaces in support of a variety of programs including Dental Hygiene, Phlebotomy Technician, Certified Nursing, and Medial Assistant. The 11,000 sf center includes an Ortho & Dental Lab, Digital X-Ray space, Phlebotomy Lab, Certified Nursing Lab, Medical Assistant Lab, along with classrooms, administrative and support spaces. The skills labs provide a safe environment for students and professionals to practice and hone their skills with actual equipment in simulated clinical settings.
